You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Vezible.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it for unlawful or harmful purposes.

You will not reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform without our written consent.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described in our refund policy.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to deliver the service.

We strive to keep Vezible available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
