Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with Vezible. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how long they take to process.
1. Free Trial
Every new account receives one free analysis to evaluate the service before purchasing. We recommend using the trial to confirm Vezible meets your needs.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided usage has been minimal (no more than 20% of the plan's monthly quota consumed).
The guarantee applies to the first subscription only and does not extend to renewals, upgrades, or subsequent billing cycles.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within 30 days of purchase or renewal, minus any usage already consumed and applicable processing fees.
After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent future renewal.
5. Non-Refundable Items
One-time add-ons, custom service packages, and credits already consumed are non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for service interruptions outside our reasonable control, third-party AI engine outages, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs (which are inherently probabilistic).
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@vezible.com from the address associated with your account. Include your account email, the transaction date, and a brief reason for the request.
We review every request within 3 business days and respond with a decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5β10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Accounts with disputed chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
